It'll need to be in your start-up options. I think you want "USB Cable for pre-2015 I-PAC", but I'm not 100% sure that's the correct cable. You select which cable using a radio button. There's three different cables on the page. Which one is it there's two different ones and the pic is small. That's ok looks like I'll purchase the cable. If you have specific questions, you might want to send an email to andy to see if he can help. I just know that in the past, people have had problems trying to use PS/2 to USB adapters with the JPAC and IPAC and their solution was to get a PS/2 to USB cable from Ultimarc. I don't know anything specific about the rpi2 or linux.

Ie when you configure start button in mame on raspi it emulates key 1 then? This combo of this cable you have told me works without any problems on the rpi2?

Why does it work with windows without this specific cable? How are these different to an ordinary adaptor and usb cable?
